VIDEO PITCHING and HITTING LESSONS:
Send in a video of your child pitching. (SEE VIDEO SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS BELOW) The video will be reveiwed and analyzed. Written feedback, corrective drills and tips, and practice plans will be provided via mail or email. The video will be returned and may include a video from me. My video will have demonstrations, explanations and drills. When necessary, I will add more complex lessons when your child is ready.
If you are a beginner: You will receive an initial video to get you started. I will give you 2-3 weeks to practice and send in a video for analysis. After this point, you may progress at your own rate and send videos as needed. I do recommend that you continously check in. You will only progress into more lessons once I feel that you are ready. You may submit written questions and additional comments with your tape. Or, you can email questions or comments.

VIDEO TAPING TIPS: Keep the pitches to a 20 pitch maximum (if you have more than one pitch make sure you are consistent with 10 to 20 each). Show different angles side and front. Also, please show the grip for each pitch, if you already throw certain pitches. If not, I will show you how to grip the ball. DVR is preferred but DVD and VHS are accepted.
VIDEO HITTING TIPS: Keep recorded swings to 20. Record 10 swings from behind the plate and 10 from the side. Once I receive your initial video, I will instruct you how to record the next video and what to include (drills, full swings, etc.).
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Prior to sending a tape, submit an initial inquiry via email on the contact us page with details about your child.
- You will receive a return email with forms and information to fill out about your child. The email will also include some shipping details.
- Once you fill out the forms, you may send them back with your video/tape. If you do not pay via PayPal, send a Cashiers Check $50.00 with your video.
- You will receive the movement/motion analysis about 7 days from the time the video is received by me. I will confirm via email the date the video is received. Some shipments may take longer depending on your location. Please be patient and feel free to contact me at any time. If you provide an email address, most of the analysis can be sent via email and will speed up the delivery process. I will return your video and additional information as soon as possible.

What is Motion Analysis?
- Motion analysis is a method for breaking down the mechanics for a particular movement. In this case, motion analysis is conducted for the baseball or softball swing and fastpitch softball windmill motion.
- The video pitching lesson or video hitting lesson is more efficient and effective because of the many complexities involved with the movements.
- Each analysis is individualized which allows feedback to be more relevant to the pitcher or hitter.
- The lessons are designed to correct and prevent bad habits. Written feedback and analysis are provided, with images if necessary. A return video with additional lessons will be sent when new drills and skills need to be introduced or to demonstrate the corrective movement.
